Johannes Dobinger

Johannes Dobinger, a civil engineer, received his master's degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in development economics and small and medium-sized enterprises. He has experience as an international expert in the field of industrial development of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He has served as Secretary General of the Cristian Doppler Industrial Technology Transfer and Research Association (CDG) in Austria. In recent years he has served as UNIDO Representative for the Andean Region, based in Colombia, as Director of UNIDO's Independent Evaluation Division. Mr. Dobinger is currently the UNIDO Regional Office Representative for Mexico and Central America.
