Miguel Primo Armendariz

Miguel Primo is an economist and human resources management expert with over 25 years of academic experience at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. He has accumulated multiple certifications and has contributed to the publication of academic articles and regulatory documents in higher education. He has led economic development projects and has held various management positions in educational institutions in Mexico, such as the Colegio de Bachilleres de Chihuahua. At the national level, he has played key roles in the Undersecretariat of Middle and Higher Education, including the direction of educational subsystems with more than 900,000 students. He has also been a pioneer of dual education in Mexico and a promoter of educational models that foster entrepreneurship and innovation. Internationally, he has led initiatives such as Skills for Prosperity of the UK Government and has collaborated with various international cooperation missions. He is currently Country Director of the International Youth Foundation and vice president of the education and human resources committee of the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico. With over 20 years of experience, Miguel is a passionate advocate for youth development, education, equity and inclusion in labor markets.
