Luis Iván Hernández Becerril

Ing. Hernández is an Electrical Engineer from the National Polytechnic Institute, specialized in power electrical systems, with diplomas in energy efficiency and persuasive communication from MIT. With 25 years of experience in standardization and technical regulations at the national and international levels, he is currently Director of Standardization at the Association of Standardization and Certification (ANCE). He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Council for Harmonization of Electrotechnical Standards of the Nations in the Americas (CANENA), the Forum of IEC National Committees of the Americas (FINCA), and Coordinator of the Focus Group of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in the Pan American Standards Commission (COPANT), among other positions. He has collaborated with the IEC as a member of the Standardization Management Board (SMB) and the Directives Maintenance Team (DMT).
