
Scott P. Flukinger
Scott Flukinger acts as an international government partner lead for Axiom Space, a Houston, Texas-based provider of human spaceflight services and human-rated space infrastructure. While developing next-generation products like Axiom Station, the successor to the International Space Station, and Axiom Space spacesuits (Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit, AxEMU), Axiom Space operates end-to-end missions to the ISS today for customers pursuing scientific research, educational outreach and other innovative uses of microgravity for the benefit of all. For over 25 years, Scott has represented international entities pursuing business, investment and policy objectives across North America in a variety of business development, government relations and legal roles, with a special emphasis upon technology-driven, cross-border, public-private partnerships. Previously, he has served as a senior advisor in Canada-US trade practice at several law firms in Washington, D.C., Trade Commissioner at the Canadian Consulate General in Dallas, and as an independent strategic advisor to elected and public sector leaders across North America. Scott earned his BA at Rice University in Houston, Texas, and a JD from the University of Texas at Austin.
